Credit Card Ka Smart Use Kaise Karein? Benefits, Hidden Charges Aur Meri Personal Learning

Part 1 – Credit Card Kya Hai Aur Kaise Kaam Karta Hai?  How does a credit card work? A credit card can be an easier way to pay for everyday items, but it’s worth understanding the basics before you start using one. A credit card allows you to borrow money to spend, up to a pre-set limit, as opposed to a debit card which takes money directly from your account. You may avail of this facility for shopping, online transactions, booking tickets/travel and other purchase available for this facility. The bank will then generate your bill after the billing cycle. The key is that credit card money is borrowed money – not additional income. Mutual Fund Kya Hai? Beginners Ke Liye Simple Guide - Pooling Ka Concept Samjho

Mutual Fund is a financial product in which money is collected from thousands of investors (pooled together) to establish a large fund which is invested by a professional Fund Manager in a various type of Financial Assets such as Stocks, Government Bonds & Corporate Securities. Simply to say, when you don‘t have best Research and Knowledge about Stock market then the best and safest way for you to invest is via Mutual Funds.

The logic behind this is working on ‘Pooling Mechanism’. Assume that you have just Rs.500 to invest. With this amount you may not even be able to buy a single share from a big company like Reliance or TCS. But when thousands of investors keep this Rs.500- Rs.500 together, it becomes a large ‘Pool’ of thousands or in millions of rupees. The fund manager then can buy the lots of hundreds of shares of different top companies out of this huge pool. Because of this pooling you and I invest small amounts and get the benefit of ownership and return out of top 50 or 100 companies in India together.

In order to understand the working process and structure of Mutual Fund, it is very important to understand two pillars to understand AMC and NAV.

4. AMC (Asset management company): Mutual fund house (for example SBI mutual fund, HDFC mutual fund, Zerodha mutual fund) is known as AMC. This company manages your pooled money and on this behalf a professional fund manager is hired. The function of fund manager is to do the market research and invest your money in the right place and generate maximum return.

NAV (Net Asset Value): Just like how every share has a price in share market, every unit in a mutual fund also has a price known as NAV. When you put money into any scheme, you will be allocated ‘Units’ based on the NAV of that day. Suppose you have invested Rs1000 and the NAV of fund is Rs10, you will get 100 units.

Aapke investment ki value NAV (Net Asset Value) ki badhne ya ghatne par nirbhar karti hai. Agar portfolio ki companies achhe se perform karte hain, toh NAV badhta hai, aur aapki investment ki value bhi badh jaati hai.

A mutual fund dependent on financial aims and the level of risk it willing to take have multiple investment options. If you are a beginner investor then first of all search for classification.

Equity Mutual Funds: Yeh fund aapka saara paisa DIRECT share market (shares) mein invest karte hain. Ismein risk thoda zyada hota hai, but long-term (5-10 saal) mein inflation se bahar hi sabse achha returns (12%-15% p.a) milte hain.

Debt Mutual Funds: These funds Invest your money in Government Securities, Corporate Bonds and Fixed Income securities. These have low risk and you get returns about that of FD (6%-8% p.a.). For short-term goals these are the best.

Hybrid Funds: Yeh funds Equity aur Debt dono ka mixture hota hai, jisse risk balance hota hai aur stable growth milti hai.

Beginners ke liingest choice Aap totally new investment hai, toh pehle Index Funds (like Nifty 50 Index Funds) ki taraf jaie. Index funds India ke top 50 companies mein invest karte hain, inka expense ratio (fees) is very less, aur long term mein returns are quite safe.

Takreban Mutual Fund ke investment ke do tarike hai SIP(Systematic Investment Plan) aur Lumpsum.

SIP (Disciplined Approach): Through SIP, you can invest fixed amount (say any amount 500 or 1000) on auto pilot every month. The advantage of SIPs is that you need not bother about the market timing. When the market is down, you get more units (Rupee Cost Averaging) and the corpus becomes big over long period of time. For a beginner, SIP is the safest way.

Lumpsum: Invest karna ek saath bada amount ( jaise RS 50,000 or RS 1 Lakh) ek baar mein is tarah se lumpsum kehlata hain. Yeh us vakat karna raahat karne wala hain, jab market Gir gaya ho.

Zaroori Tips:

Check the Expense Ratio: AMC charges a small fee to manage your fund, called the Expense Ratio. Always opt for funds with lower expense ratio (avoid regular funds).

Short-term volatility is not a concern: The market goes up and down but you have to be patient and sustain your SIP for a minimum period of 5-7 years.
